Mrs. Hairston has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the illustrious Spelman College, a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and an Educational Specialist from LaGrange College. She loves the integration of information that Social Studies can bring to every other content and the historical aspects of Social Studies. The 2021-2022 school year will be her 21st year in education, but her 17th year teaching full time.

Ms. Robinson is a graduate of Virginia Union University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in mathematics. She has also earned a Master of Science Education and an Educational Specialist in Instructional Technology from Walden University. This year marks herfourth year at Bear Creek and 23rd year of teaching. Prior to teaching at Bear Creek, she taught math and science abroad in Abu Dhabi, UAE for two years. Before that, she taught middle grades math, science, Language Arts, and social studies, as well as elementary grades in Gwinnett and Dekalb Counties.
